Let’s Get It Right, Let’s Make It Great
Distant Horizon prepares to celebrate 10 years of web design excellence.
Distant Horizon has set the tone for its tenth year in business with a new campaign: “Let’s Get It Right, Let’s Make It Great” This campaign clarifies staff objectives for 2009:
- A new, intensely focused customer service department focused on rapid turnaround changes, quality control and improved communication with clients.
- Improved systems for project management and “trouble ticket” management for tech support issues.
- Upgraded server infrastructure at two data centers aimed at increased uptime and failover options.
- Our sales staff is focused on revisiting all existing clients to ensure that they are keeping their web strategy up-to-date.
- We welcome all new and existing clients to request a “DH web site workday” where you are invited to our office for an intensive, multi-disciplinary day of attention to your web site and strategy with participation from consultants, project management, programmers, graphic designers, seo and pay per click experts.
- Increased resources in our custom programming department for faster turnaround time and separate pods for new and existing clients.
- Refinement of our Pay Per Click services, specifically Google Adwords monitoring services.
- An increased focus on growing Distant Horizon in additional markets throughout the Midwest.
